EE Wembley Box

EE Meets Premium Hospitality.

The existing EE box at Wembley was failing to live up to the brand’s values or the premium expectations of guests. Our brief was to completely reimagine the experience transforming the space into a true reflection of EE’s identity while elevating it into a best-in-class hospitality environment.

We began with research into competitor hospitality spaces and an in-depth review of other boxes at Wembley. These insights gave us the evidence to demonstrate to the sponsorship team that this couldn’t be a quick fix, it required a full rethink of the customer experience.

Creatively, I designed a space that balanced brand distinctiveness with premium design cues. At its heart was an illuminated EE “symbol,” anchoring the identity into the space. This was paired with rich, textured walls, sleek modern furniture, and an improved flow through the environment making it not only more visually striking but also more welcoming, comfortable, and functional.

Since launch, the space has seen a significant uplift in guest engagement and satisfaction, alongside glowing feedback from senior leaders who now view the box as a flagship showcase of EE’s brand and hospitality credentials.
