With a great business model and funding under their belt neo wish to reposition themselves in the market as the place to go for flexible business insurance.

Brought in by the founding team, I was tasked with reimagining the brand identity to support the company’s transition from early-stage success to scalable, revenue-driven growth. While their existing branding had served its purpose through funding rounds, it lacked the visual strength and market clarity needed to compete and grow in a crowded space.

After conducting a detailed competitor and comparator analysis, I identified key opportunities for differentiation and crafted a bold new identity to elevate the brand to the level of more established players without losing its unique edge.

At the heart of the new identity is the “Stream” a dynamic brand asset composed of colours representing the company’s hero products and services. This versatile device not only reflects the breadth of the offering in a single, cohesive element, but also enables deeper storytelling for each individual product. It’s a flexible, future-ready system that brings clarity, energy, and distinctiveness to every touchpoint.
