Wanting to play a part in the entire hotel sector from B&B to 5 star hotels, OYO needed a clear brand strategy.
OYO had rapidly grown into a multi-brand hospitality group, but lacked a clear brand hierarchy or differentiation across its portfolio. Backed by commissioned research that revealed distinct strategic goals, we developed a comprehensive brand architecture that brought structure, clarity, and purpose to the group.
This new strategy led to the creation of three differentiated sub-brands, each with its own unique positioning, personality, and design language. We crafted three new visual identities from the ground up and refreshed the core OYO brand to align with the updated vision resulting in a cohesive, scalable multi-brand system that future-proofs the business and elevates the customer experience across every touchpoint.
